Group Training
By definition, CrossFit is "constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity." By design, classes are led by coaches who care about you as an athlete and will be able to provide scaling options, modifications and substitutions based on your athletic/fitness ability. The community is welcoming and supportive. All fitness levels are welcome!


CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is a program designed to help develop physical abilities, social skills & self-confidence in 3-13 year-olds. Our program can help kids better their overall health, prepare for sports & introduces them to functional fitness. It is great for developing good motor patterns, balance & a positive attitude toward challenges. At the very least, we teach them to MOVE & have FUN!
