By definition, CrossFit is "constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity." By design, classes are led by coaches who care about you as an athlete and will be able to provide scaling options, modifications and substitutions based on your athletic/fitness ability. The community is welcoming and supportive. All fitness levels are welcome!

Senior Strong is a fitness program for 60+ athletes that focuses on strength, balance & mobility.
Our coaches tailor exercises to each athlete's unique needs, to ensure a fun & safe class for everyone!
CrossFit Kids is a program designed to help develop physical abilities, social skills & self-confidence in 3-13 year-olds. Our program can help kids better their overall health, prepare for sports & introduces them to functional fitness. It is great for developing good motor patterns, balance & a positive attitude toward challenges. At the very least, we teach them to MOVE & have FUN!
Fire is a specialty class meant to address one area that is often ignored or pushed to the side - the strength of our spirit. This is the part of our being that is able to connect to what many call a higher being. We work together to explore this inner part using prayer, meditation, and scripture, together with physical activity. A Fire workout will always attempt to tap into our spiritual nature while we workout.
We offer lifestyle nutrition coaching, one on one counseling and group education focused on deep health. Utilizing encouraging accountability coupled with logical and evidence-based nutrition methods, it is our mission to help you reach your nutrition and health goals.
