CrossFit Kids is a program designed to help develop physical abilities, social skills & self-confidence in 3-13 year-olds. Our program can help kids better their overall health, prepare for sports & introduces them to functional fitness. It is great for developing good motor patterns, balance & a positive attitude toward challenges. At the very least, we teach them to MOVE & have FUN!
What do classes look like?
Our classes are loaded with age-appropriate fun coupled with learning basic functional movements. We want to help your kids grow in strength & skill as well as confidence in their bodies. We teach movement, technique & help build a lifelong love of fitness.
When is it?
CrossFit Kids is offered throughout the year in six-week sessions, typically breaking for one-week between sessions.
Rookies: Ages 3-6 @ 5:00pm
JV: Ages 6-13 @ 5:45pm
