All Class & Open Gym Slots are an hour in length.
We offer a separate Open Gym space during class times. 

Monday – Friday:

5:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Open Gym 1:30pm - 3pm

Saturday:

9am Class

10:15am Open Gym

Sunday:

CLOSED
