CrossFit Classes

By definition, CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.” By design, classes are led by coaches who care about you as an athlete and will be able to provide scaling options, modifications and substitutions based on your athletic/fitness ability.

Functional Strength

Functional Strength Training is a dynamic and adaptable fitness program designed for all fitness levels, from beginners building a strong foundation to experienced athletes looking to level up their training.

Each session blends bodyweight movements with resistance training using a variety of equipment to improve strength, endurance, and mobility. Workouts are thoughtfully designed to be challenging yet scalable, helping you move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in your everyday life.

Logical Nutrition

We offer lifestyle nutrition coaching, one on one counseling and group education focused on deep health. Utilizing encouraging accountability coupled with logical and evidence-based nutrition methods, it is our mission to help you reach your nutrition and health goals.

Senior Strong Program

Senior Strong is a supportive fitness program designed specifically for adults ages 60 and over. This class focuses on improving strength, balance, and mobility to help you move confidently and stay independent in everyday life.
Our experienced coaches tailor each workout to your individual abilities and needs, ensuring a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. No matter your fitness background, Senior Strong helps you build confidence, stay active, and unlock your full potential at any age.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a program designed to help develop physical abilities, social skills & self-confidence in 3-13 year-olds. Our program can help kids better their overall health, prepare for sports & introduces them to functional fitness. It is great for developing good motor patterns, balance & a positive attitude toward challenges. At the very least, we teach them to MOVE & have FUN!

Personal Training

If you have specific goals for health and fitness, signing up for personal training can be one of the fastest ways to achieve your goals. With personal training, you work individually with a coach that will customize programming specific to your fitness level.

Barbell Club

Barbell Club is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to work on their weaknesses in Olympic lifts. Barbell Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month from 10AM-12PM. During these two hours, you’ll receive 1:1 evaluations of your lifts by one of our coaches and participate in group warm-ups, lifts and drills. All ability levels are welcome!

Fire

Fire is a specialty class meant to address one area that is often ignored or pushed to the side – the strength of our spirit.  This is the part of our being that is able to connect to what many call a higher being.  We work together to explore this inner part using prayer, meditation, and scripture, together with physical activity.  A Fire workout will always attempt to tap into our spiritual nature while we workout.
