This is an opportunity for our members to bring friends/family who are curious about CrossFit. This is also a chance for anyone else that is curious about what we are all about to drop in for FREE.

First Saturday of every month we host “FIRE: Replace, Refine, Renew.” Meshing the spiritual with the physical. The goal is to encourage your spirit as well as your body!
FREE to CFS athletes, $5 per drop-in.
All workouts are beginner friendly!
Every Memorial Day we cancel all of our classes and come together to remember the men and women that serve our country. We complete the Hero workout "Murph" which was created to honor Navy Seal Michael Murphy. After everyone has finished the workout we have a potluck cook out at the gym.

"1776" is our annual Fourth of July workout. We workout and then cookout!

Tuesdays with Dodge
Feeling a little off after a lot of deadlifts or handstand push ups?
Our very own Andrew Dodge sets up shop every Tuesday evening to work his chiropractic magic.
Dodge offers a discounted rate to all of our athletes.
This is our end of summer in-house competition! In teams of two athletes will complete 3 workouts and then the lucky top teams will compete in the final.
M/M, F/F, or M/F teams
RX or Scaled
Each athlete will get a Summer Smackdown t-shirt or tank!
The athletes are also tasked with creating a gnarly workout that our wonderful coaches must do!
Every other month we have a ladies only 7pm class on a Friday.
We workout, we eat, we have a few drinks, and just hang out.
Better yet, we also often have a theme and welcome costumes!
