A 1 hour class structured with a coach-led warm up, skill/strength portion, metcon, accessory work, and mobility.
Scaling options, modifications and substitutions are available for each person based on their current fitness and skill level.
The beauty of our mainfloor classes is that they are accessible to anyone from any walk of life. Competitive athlete to grandparent, our programming and coaches are accessible and adaptable.
Our gymnastics class is a 1 hour class offered quarterly. We go over everything from maintaining a stable midline to pull ups and toes to bar to handstands.
This class is free to any current member of CrossFit Staunton and is $15 for anyone that wishes to drop in.

Our kids classes run in 6 week sessions.
Classes designed for men and women 60+. Build strength and balance while improving overall health. Our qualified coaches with experience specifically in training the senior population lead participants through various functional exercises.
Classes meet every Tuesday & Thursday from 10:30-11:15 am. Senior Strong membership rates can be found here.
