A 1 hour class structured with a coach-led warm up, skill/strength portion, metcon, accessory work, and mobility.

Our kids classes run in 6 week sessions. Cost is per 6 week session. Come see what fun Coach Kelly has planned!
Our gymnastics class is a 1 hour class offered the first Thursday of the month at 7pm. We go over everything from maintaining a stable midline to pull ups and toes to bar to handstands.
This class is free to any current member of CrossFit Staunton and is $15 for anyone that wishes to drop in.
